The day
Saturday, 28 August 2027. The ceremony and the celebration both take place at Hotel Plesnik, so once you arrive there is nowhere else to be.
After years of collecting places together, we're bringing everyone we love to our favourite one — a glacial valley at the end of the road in the Slovenian Alps, where the mountains close in on three sides and the evenings are long and quiet.

The weekend
Everything happens in one place, which keeps it simple: arrive, and then stay put.
The place
Hotel Plesnik sits in the middle of Logarska Dolina, a glacial valley in the Kamnik–Savinja Alps in northern Slovenia, near Solčava. It's a protected landscape park — a few farms, a lot of meadow, and the Rinka waterfall at the valley head.
Where to stay
We have taken the whole hotel and the villas beside it, so there is a bed for everyone. Tell us in your RSVP which nights you need and we will hold a room.
€75 per person per night, breakfast included.
How the weekend runs
Friday 27 August
- 20.00Pre-boda barbecue outside — a relaxed evening to put faces to names before the day itself.
Saturday 28 August
- MorningYours. The hotel spa is open, or the valley is right outside the door.
- 14.00The ceremony, and then dinner and dancing until late.
Sunday 29 August
- MorningBreakfast all together, before everyone scatters.

Getting there
The valley looks close to Ljubljana on a map, but the Kamnik–Savinja Alps sit in between and every road goes around them. Allow more time than the distance suggests.
